Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are 30 days net from the date of invoice. Bender MedSystems is not bound by any other conditions and terms that have not been expressly agreed in writing by an authorized staff member of Bender MedSystems.

Shipping
For Austria, Germany, UK & Eire: EXW Bender MedSystems warehouse Vienna;
Shipping and handling fee:

Austria and Germany: 15,- EURO
UK, Eire: 30,- EURO/22.- GBP
For USA: EXW Bender MedSystems warehouse San Francisco
Shipping fee: 30,- USD
Packaging/Handling: 25,- USD

All other orders are ex works Bender MedSystems warehouse Vienna;
Shipping and handling costs are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Bender MedSystems reserve the right to ship orders via the best method which will insure the stability of the product, minimize freight charges and allow efficient traceability.

Prohibition of Resale
In absence of a written agreement, all products which are sold by Bender MedSystems are for the use of the purchaser and not for retail.

Research Use Only
With the exception of CE-marked products the intended use of all products sold by Bender MedSystems is for Research Use Only and not for In-vitro-diagnostic use, neither directly or indirectly.
All CE-marked products fulfil the requirements of the European Directive 98/79/EC and are suitable for IVD use. These products are only available within the E.C.

Return Policy
No returns can be accepted without prior approval by Bender MedSystems. Only unopened products can be returned. Goods without defects may be returned to Bender MedSystems only with explicit consent and carriage paid. The product must be received by Bender MedSystems within 10 days after the return has been authorized. After QC testing and approval Bender MedSystems will either ship a replacement or credit the customers accounts for the returned product minus 25% restocking fee or at least EUR 100.-
