• The amplification reagents have to be prepared immediately before use (AR1 contains methanol which evaporates easily!)

• After adding the amplification reagents the incubation times have to be followed exactly
  
  
• The ambient temperature should not be higher than 25°C
  
  
• The washing has to be done very carefully (optimal: automatic plate washer) 
  
  
• Preparation of the standard curve in external tubes (Eppendorf vials) is recommended
